ABOUT US
 |
Sahara
Development & Investment
LLC was established in 2001 by Kimball
Rogers, Tom Mabey, and Mike Wright as a
real estate investment company serving
private investors. Today, SDI has grown
to include investment groups and institutional
investors. Together with Sahara, Inc.,
we have become a single source for real
estate investment, development and construction.
This relationship sets us apart as a developer
with established relationships with contractors
and consultants, providing immediate access
to current material and labor pricing,
project management and scheduling control.
The integration of these items results
in prompt and efficient use of both time
and resources.
Sahara
Development & Investment
LLC is known for its creative thinking,
often finding investment opportunities
ahead of others. We are also known
for our leadership, our straight-forward
and honest approach, and our integrity.
