Mountain Vista Marketplace – Eloy, Arizona

Mountain Vista Marketplace is a three phase commercial development project consisting of the following:

Phase 1 – Will include 146,000 square feet of neighborhood shopping anchored by a major grocery store. In addition, there will be four pads which will include a bank, fast food, and dry cleaning facility.

Phase 2 – Consisting of 120,000 square feet, this phase will include office and commercial space and a storage facility.

Phase 3 – The largest of the three parcels, Phase 3 will be developed as a regional shopping and fashion center that will include big box development for both national and regional tenants/pads, restaurants, and shops. Total square footage of the building areas will be 345,240 square feet.
